Return Policy
Our Commitment:
Our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our Doodoo Voodoo products that they purchase from Odorsfrompetsbegone.com. Customers may return any product that does not meet their expectations for a full refund. Qualifications for a full refund please see the following return policy.
Return policy:

Returns received without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will be charged a 30% restocking fee. An RA number may be obtained at no charge by contacting our sales department by email. ( sales@odorsfrompetsbegone.com )

Returns of blacklights must be received in clean, resalable condition. Items received without the packaging, instructions, or with pieces missing/damaged will be subject to a 45% restocking fee.

Returns of consumable products such as Doodoo Voodoo must include the unused portion of the product.

All returns must have a valid RA issued within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be received within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Credit for returned items will be processed within 7 business day after receiving the returned item. If you have not received your credit in this time period, please contact our sales department via e-mail. ( sales@odorsfrompetsbegone.com )
Returning product:

Your original invoice must be included inside the return package. If you cannot locate your invoice, please notify our sales department via e-mail. ( sales@odorsfrompetsbegone.com )

When you request your RA, our sales department will gladly provide you with a copy of your invoice.

Mark your RA number on the invoice and the outside of the package. Improper marking of returns will result in delays in receiving you refund.

Ship the return to the address located on your invoice. We highly recommend you use UPS shipping to avoid any problems with your return.
Note: We recommend that all returns be delivered by a traceable method such as is available with UPS with delivery confirmation. Doodoo Voodoo products can not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Defective Products:

Defective products or products that fail during the warranty period will be replaced with an identical product or suitable equivalent at no cost to the customer.

In order to receive a replacement product, you must return the defective product to us as outlined above.

If we determine that the product was defective, we will issue a credit for the return ground shipping charges.

If we determine that the product was not defective, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged Products:

All damaged products returns must have a valid RA issued within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.

All damaged products returns must be received within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged products will be replaced with an identical product at no cost to the customer.

In order to receive a replacement product, you must return the damaged product to us as outlined above.

If we determine that the product was damaged upon receipt, we will issue a credit for shipping charges.

If we determine that the product was damaged as a result of misuse or abuse, we will notify the customer within 7 business days. The customer may elect to have the product discarded or returned to them at their own expense.
